We source the most economical option and fastest shipping time.  Often that is UPS or purolator.  Canada Post does better price wise with some locations but we are careful about using them and stuff getting caught in a strike…

Yes, all orders (including subsequent orders) are subject to the $350 min before taxes and shipping and are fully mix and match.
